Ordering Flint River Ranch Dog Food

All Shipping costs are included in the price of all Flint River Ranch products.

Flint River Ranch ships from several regional warehouses across the U.S. This allows the company to provide customers with the freshest product available, in addition to distributing products more efficiently. Normal shipping periods are between 5 and 7 business days. On occasion, however, Flint River Ranch may need to ship from a regional warehouse that does not normally provide service to your area. This could possibly lengthen the normal shipping period. Also, orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays may not be handled by UPS until the following Monday, which, again, could lead to longer delivery timeframes.

Ordering other Dog Remedies and Products

Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order plus $1.00 per item

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Most items are normally shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days for orders placed before 2PM PST. Exceptions to this policy are drop shipped items. We do not guarantee the arrival date of the packages.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 1-310-390-0380. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns.

Combined Orders (Flint River Ranch plus any other remedies or products)

If you are ordering both food and products, you qualify for Free Shipping! Just select Free Shipping at check out.

Please note that if you selected Free Shipping at Check Out and there was no Food Items in your order, we will adjust the total balance due of your invoice to reflect applicable shipping charges.
