Returns Policies
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date* (please read below if you are returning Flint River Ranch foods).
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
If the product you receive is not what you ordered you must contact us upon recognizing the error so that we can replace the item in a timely manner. If the product has a manufacturing defect please let us know right away since you are entitled to a defect free product.
We will identify the problem and send you a replacement. Do not attempt to fix the item yourself. You may cause unintended damage which will void the warranty.
We do not accept returns after 15 days*. We do not accept returns without a Return Authorization Code (RA Code) as instructed below.
TO RECEIVE A REFUND please fill out the form at the bottom of this page within 15 days of receiving the product to get a return authorization code. Please do not mail back the product without contacting us first to receive a return authorization code.
Include in your correspondence the following information (they should all be on the e-mail receipt): Item number, quantity, order number, and order date. You will be provided with instructions as to how to ship back the unwanted merchandise. Please follow the instructions to ensure a timely response.
All returns must be in a fully resellable condition - including all packaging and package inserts. If in "open box" condition a 20% repackaging fee may be assessed.
You must ship the item within 2 business days after receiving the RA Code.

*Flint River Ranch Product Guarantee only: Return product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charge from original shipment. Please contact us for returns past the 30 day mark. If the return is due to our error, we pay the return shipping charges. If the product is returned by the customer, we issue full credit of the purchase price. If the product is refused, customer moved and the product can not be delivered, we deduct the return shipping charges before issuing credit.
